Dr. Hashem Alshurafat
Dr. Hashem Alshurafat is ranked among the top 2% of scientists worldwide, as recognized by the prestigious Stanford University ranking. He is an assistant professor in accounting and the deputy dean at the Business School of The Hashemite University. He earned his PhD in accounting from the University of Southern Queensland-Australia. He is an editor and reviewer of many scholarly journals and a keynote speaker at many international conferences. He is a guest editor of special issues on Journal of Financial Reporting and Accounting, and Discover Sustainability journal, he is also editor for books published in Springer and Emerald. His research is currently focused on forensic accounting, sustainability, technology adoption in accounting, and accounting education. He has research papers published in academic journals and conferences indexed under Scopus and ISI. 
Dr. Waed Abdel Razzaq Ensour
Dr. Waed Abdel Razzaq Ensour is the Dean of the Business School at Hashemite University and an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management. She obtained her Ph.D. in Management from the University of Hull, England, focusing on training and development practices in the Jordanian electricity sector. Her research areas include human resource development, women’s career advancement, and employee well-being, with numerous publications on these subjects.
Dr. Vasudev Das
Vasudev Das has a PhD in Applied Management and Decision Sciences (AMDS) with expertise in Leadership and Organizational Change (LOC) from Walden University, USA. He has authored over 35 publications in peer-reviewed journals. His research interests are in change management, financial crime, kleptocracy de-escalation, leadership, and sonic therapeutic interventions.
Jorge Manuel da Silva Ribeiro
Jorge Manuel da Silva Ribeiro graduated in nursing, graduated in management and administration of health services, and is a specialist in medical-surgical nursing. He holds a master’s in nursing sciences and is a PhD student in management at the University of Beira Interior, Portugal. He is a guest assistant professor at the Guarda Polytechnic Institute (Portugal) and a specialist nurse at the Coimbra Hospital and University Center, Neurology A (Portugal). He has an interest in health management, economics, and human resources management.
Samuel Yeboah
Samuel Yeboah is a Research Fellow in finance at Nord Business School in Norway. He obtained his Master’s in Finance and Economics from Fudan University, Shanghai, and his BBA from the University of Professional Studies, Accra. His research interests cover working capital, liquidity, and sustainable financial management.
Deepto Chakraborty
Deepto Chakraborty is an undergraduate student at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh, majoring in Accounting within the BBA department. He has demonstrated a strong commitment to research, having published several papers in both American and European journals. Deepto is focused on solidifying his career in Accounting and Finance in the near future.

His research focuses on reverse logistics and waste management in the Oil and Gas industry. With over five years of international experience in Logistics Operations and Supply Chain Management, he combines academic insight with practical expertise. His interests include sustainable supply chains, circular economy, and digital logistics tools.

Sadi Huseynzade is a PhD candidate at the University of Łódź and currently serves as a Senior Operations Risk Intelligence Analyst at U.S. Bank. He is an analyst with expertise in risk management, data quality, and insights generation. He is known for delivering actionable reports and driving informed decision-making through rigorous data analysis and validation.
